Hi everyone I want to get into helis and at some point go to nitro but folks are saying I should start with an electric so I was wondering which one people recomend.

Get a coax heli to start, unless you want to dedicate hours to a simulator. It will save you much time, money, and frustration. Once you get the basic movements down then move in to a CP heli. I jumped directly in to a CP heli, I crashed a lot, but I also had many hours using a simulator before flying my helis. You will crash, everyone crashes, its part of the fun of flying ;-)
