A lot of friction? Don't forget to release the brakes when you tell me this. If so, unscrew the engine's screws and move the engine until is free from the spur gear or make it mesh a little, and try again to push the car forward. The friction is the same? If the friction now is less, that means that you overmesh the teeth and you need to find a good mesh between clutch bell's teeth and spur gears' teeth. PS When you are going to move the engine, be carefull not to leave it in a position that the teeth will stuck somewhere. But i think that this isn't your sound problem, but anyway you must fix it before you run your car, because the teeth may be chewed
