I've done a lot of painting..........

I've alway hated it.......

AND......

I get impatient, and try to put on too many coats to quickly, and when I do that, the paint bleeds under the window mask, and things look like crap.

I'm willing to buy an RTR vehicle, JUST to get the factory "painted body".....I could even throw the whole RTR radio away.......even take the RTR vehicle apart to a million little pieces and then rebuild it, if I want the "kit effect"...

..................but HOT DAMN....I want that factory RTR painted body!!!!!

ps: and if I want to personalize it, there is always stickers, decals, etc.

By the way, as I have an airbrush, what is a recommended brand of paint for polycarbonate bodies? So far, I have been using spraycans on them.

creatix or faskolor. Light coats, 10 min dry times between coats works well, just dont lay it on thick. Charlie B has some good post on how to on this forum, check them out.
