my wheels are all locked up for some reason? itll start but wants to take off as soon as its going as if somthing is still engaged, then itll stall when i left off the gas. all four wheels are locked and you cant push it without turning over the engine..

making sense? forgive the mechanical ignorance but im lost..


any ideas?

It sounds like your clutch bearings are shot. Does it turn over the motor when you force the wheels forward?

ya it wants to turn over the engine when i push it forward.. :)


thats probably what it is after looking at it more closely, unless the clutch itself broke apart inside the bell???


but of course it had to happen on a sunday when the hobby shop is closed, and the day after a new proline spoiler and badland tires on hpi rims were installed.. lol ya baby!!!

yeah, my Muggy used to eat clutches until i put a smaller set of wheels/tires on it and upgraded the bearings, clutch shoes and switched to a 13t vented clutch bell
