Status: offline 		has anybody put a copter x head on a belt cp with the esky cnc swashplate. I just broke some peices of my rotor head and am just going to buy aluminum.

Will the copter x head fit the esky swashplate?

Status: offline 		Go to cnchelicopter.com and buy the whole head with swash plate for Belt CP. He has the Belt CP head listed, but it is the same as the HDX 450B head. The key is the correct swash on the 450B config. You can even use it on the HBK2 with very little mod. He has silver and Blue as well...Better quality then the CopterX but a little more expensive. 7075 CNC aluminum, all bearing.....

Status: offline 		is the copter-x head better than the esky head? I want to be able to use the align feathering shafts like i have been doing with the esky composite head.

I like the cnchelicopter head but its just so much money. I still need other things as well. I want to upgrade the tail the same time as the head.

Status: offline 		i got to thinking about blades as well. Would i be able to run blade 400 blades like i do now with the copter-x? I might have to sand down the black little blade holder things. And i like the esky carbon tail rotor blades i have now. With the copter x tail i would have to use align tail rotors.

I like the way the boxxed flybar holder looks. Looks alot more precise.

Im lost.

Status: offline 		Either the copterx or HDX(cncheli) heads are better than the esky one, hands down. B400 blades are about 1.2mm thicker at the root than the align blades.

I have been considering the CopterX head on my beltcp, but dont want to replace until i crash. No sense otherwise.

Status: offline 		I have the copter x v2 head on my HBK2. It flys awsome. Has had some really hard its and crashes and has never broken or bent a part. I use the 288mm fiberglass blades and a very thin shim.The only thing to do on my heli was set the links up for proper length and all the levers level. It has bearings also, not bushings like the plastic esky heads. It is very good quality and very stable. Well worth the price and I got mine from ehirobo.com. Took like a week and a half to get, but that was due to a shortage they were having at the time.And it should work with the stock swash. I use the one that came with it and made a anti rotation braket for the front.

Status: offline 		The cool thing about the HDX 450B is that the swash is correct and there will be no need to mod! The Belt CP head on cnchelicopters.com is the exact same head as the 450B just sold as Belt CP....The CNC'D Aluminum is premium on the XMseller stuff too...Don't know what they use on CopterX...?
