My girlfriend wants to learn to drive R/C, but wants big and gas. Theres no way shes driving my $2000+ Baja, so I'm looking at that $299 XRC on-road ARTR at FG Universe.

My questions are as follows:

1) Is that chassis compatible with any other brands of bodies? Such as FG short/med/long?
2) Are parts generally compatible with FG sportsline cars?
3) Is the wheel square the same as FG?

EDIT: lets simplify this mess. Shes a Lancer freak, so....

Will THIS BODY:

Fit THIS CAR

I believe the wheelbase (535mm) matches, but I'm not sure about the width and the wheel offset and all that funky stuff

What happened to your 'insurmountable', or was it not gas? I'd give her a 4wd FS clone to start with, til she gets 'some' skillz, then you can let her drive the disrupter for a bit if she fancies a challenge (or has it been sold now?).

Thanks guys.

And as for the GF - shes always been pretty indifferent towards my hobbies but now shes taking some interest. She's always been really into real cars though, so its only natural she'd take interest in RC eventually
