The UPS guy showed up today with my sons new engine for his Matrix. I got him a new RB S3 engine/pipe combo. I started breaking it in today and so far, I'm really liking it. Can anyone tell me what other standard plugs work well on this engine?

Got about a half gallon on the RB now and its slowly starting to wake up. The pinch is really tight so I'm guessing that it will take a gallon or so of fuel to really get it track ready. The temps have been at 200 to 215 consitantly and idles perfect. So far, this has been the easiest break in I have ever done. I may have to get an RB for my truggy now.

RB's are GREAT engines, there is only 1 thing that sucks about them> They aren't in stock at Amain or Tower right now,and my LHS can't get ahold of them either because Great Planes is out of them also GRRRRRRRRR. Enjoy the new engine, I never tried the S3 but I know a couple guys that are VERY fast at my local track that swear by them for the winter indoor season.

I saw that everyone has them on backorder. Amain has the engine/pipe combos of just about all of the RB engines. I originally wanted just the engine as I have a few extra pipes laying around but couldn't get one uless I got the combo. I'm glad I did buy it seeing as the pipe is matched for that engine. I will try some different pipes on it once it is fully broken in. Got all the JP's and a few OS pipes to play around with.
