Aside from the obvious advantage of not having to have another battery, would there be any advantage to removing the EZ-Start on the TRX 3.3 and replacing it with a pull-start?

How would this affect centre-of-gravity and how significant would the weight-reduction be?

i think its nothing but extra weight, more maintenance, and just in the way. if it were me that would be the first think i'd get rid of, and then get either a starter box or a drill start set up.

i like the easy start mine works very well the jato is so overpowered anyway i just dont see the weight being an issue and any weight you remove it from the rear and may just cause more wheel spin the only possible advantage would be simplicity but you will just trade the easy start box for a glo igniter

the benefit is you save $40 on a complete new entire ezy start replacement when it breaks down , i also been thinking of taking it off and slapping on a cheap pull start

ive got a pullstart on mine and i like it alot better... the benifits are it makes the truck lighter, less drag on the motor so it revs up alittle faster
