hey guys check tis out! i made it! i only bought a big block kit because i needed the universal engine mount and its big block maniflod and a team integy 3 shoes(aluminium) clutch conversion. i cut a little the engine mount to gain some space for this cool engine and removed the pullstart and made with a friend a rotostarter using the trx 3.3 shaft starter and it worked! i will only need to upgrade my center universal driveshafts because im sure that my wont take longer that incredible power!! if you are interested i uploaded this linls for you! pls watch these pics one by one! you wont be disappointed :

Nice, I want to put that engine in my T-Maxx! Have you driven it yet? How is it? How much did you pay for the engine its self?

Sorry for all the questions... I just really like the look of that engine...

The engine was only 130? That is almost half the Picco and it has like twice the horsepower, right?

check my gallery i have some pics of mine in there. impakt has the axail for 105 right now. all i can say about it is that it is sick! it is great for bashing but forget racing. you cant keep the wheels on the ground. i am building up a new truck from scratch with a axail 28 right now.

No, the picco has more power. I would go with a mach 427 or a sportwerks 26 V2 you can get one of those for $110 - $150 they a fast engines, (don't know how they compare to the picco) but they throw my CRT around pretty good. I know a guy that said they had 2-3 mach 427s and he said they all had 10 gallons on them, right now I only have 1 1/2 gallons on mine.

A BB conversion for the maxx is $100 - $250 not $40 like it is for the revo. the best thing to do is find a BB roller maxx (I've seen them on ebay for $90 - $120 and they came with the BB conversion, the bulk heads, A-arms, sometimes tranny's so that would be the best way to save money if you don't want to spend the money for just the conversion)

Maybe someone can help me. I have the center diff with 300k oil and I can still pull the front wheels up in the air when taking off and running hard. But when the truck gets level the front tires stay ballooned. So I know I am loosing some power/speed to the front tires. Anybody have any idea how to get more traction to the rear other then putting in 500k oil in the center diff. I am thinking that’s all I can do but I thought I would ask. I should tell you guys I am running a axial RR big block with a 17 bell and a 38 spur.
Thanks guys.
