How can I get the HZ up on 12V DC? I need to get it around 20,000HZ

And anyone know how to read schematics?

Direct Current does not alternate, so there is no frequency with which to work. Alternating Current operates normally at 50 or 60 Hz (cycles per second).

Can you post a picture of the schemo?
