Status: offline 		I have a airplane low wing. I have balanced it front to back side to side I have check it with a incidence meter. I have put it on a level plane and check the height of the wings and they were the same height. Yet when I try to fly it I have to put the trim all the way to the right to make it fly level. Can some one tell me what is wrong

Status: offline 		Sounds like a warped wing or the ailerons need adjustment.

does it seem okay when you rev the engine on the ground? If that is okay you must have a warped wing.

You made no mention of engine offsets, rudder offsets or horizontal tail offsets. All of these could cause the airplane to roll.

How about posting some pics so we can see the airplane for ourselves?

Status: offline 		You can check for a warped wing easily with the incidence meter you mentioned. Keeping the airplane level, put the meter on one wingtip, record the reading, then put it on the root of the same wing. Repeat for the other wing. Any difference in angles will tell you where the warp is. If it is a built-up monokoted wing, you may be able to twist the warp out using a heat gun and a little elbow grease. If not... I wish you luck...
