Status: offline 		OK, I've plastered (Forgive the Pun) this video in a few other sections around here so I hope no one objects.

It's Version 2 of my spoof of the MasterCard Priceless Ad series. No models were hurt in the making of this video, but as for myself and the tree, we've almost recovered.

Gentle Lady high-start launch with no motor....ya I'm glutten for punishment.

Comments are appreciated, and I hope you get a good laugh from my pain and suffering.

Status: offline 		I like it , I think there are alot of possibilities for funny little rc movies without ruffling to many feathers about safety concerns.. When I first started watching the glider climb out I had a bad feeling you had forgotten to turn on the receiver ! I did this once to my best friend when we were learning to fly gliders. He took it well but I still feel bad about it...

I HOPE you didn't really fall out of the tree, ha ha

Status: offline 		Almost fell out. Only scrapes and bruises as I hung on for dear life. I'd show more in the video but I've discovered that my screams of terror sound like Ned Flanders!

Learned alot that day:

Location, location, location, and wind direction. There are only houses on the north side of the field that this video was taken and I shouldn't have flown when the wind was towards the houses. Won't make that mistake again. Unpowered gliders are normally very slow, but when you lose control, they can be as dangerous as any other construction made of wood and plastic hurtling out of the air.

Don't go climbing in shorts unless you like lots of cuts and scrapes. Carry an extendable painter's pole or something like that for when things are just out of reach...

Insurance is good, but they don't cover stupidity...
