haha, thanks.. I think I've viewed all of your videos now, and yeah.. that would be nice to see a barebones come to life step by step..

Oh and when I crash in front of the kids I'll just tell them to run for their lives cause it's gonna blow up!..lol...

OK, I finished it, not the best quality cause if I bought a new camera I wouldn't be able to buy repair parts

Well spoken my friend, you'd make a good lawyer for the Corporate argument lol. I have been wondering why my ESC suddenly caught fire, now the Vendor from Gadgetworldexports on ebay was very obliging, a Mr. Lee, I explained my problem, in text form that is, I expressed extreme saddness, and dismay because the product I have been waiting over twenty years for suddenly burst into flames! Anyway I'm lucky, they are sendig me the 3900KVmotor with ESC for it, along with T connector HH-gyro and 10 pinion gear. So, I cannot complain, I think this guy should be an example of how other overseas businesses should preform. and if they are not willing to backup what they sell good-ridance! Some wealthy suit type will prob say the obvious like business is about making money blah, blah if that is the case the One Company I wish had some Balls is Chevy, they leave customers hanging unless we can come up with loot! what's happening in Corp. america greed is not good. "This is coming from a Vet, who has they say keeps it real, works hard not behind a desk etc. yeah I would love to use my Professional skills in transport and Security gained over many years to land a personnel drivers job with a wealthy family, but I'm also no "Yes" Man, I am just a simple solider! at heart forever.
Got sidetracked, I wonder is the HH-gyro , and ESC upgrade better than the stock, I cannot afford to get burned if ya catch my drift.
A simple prayer of Blessing's for those who have lost loved one's in Service of this Nation, I know we sometimes go a bit too far in my opinion in helping other nations, I also beleive we should dump the UN and Muslims who care less about us and tree huggers, use our own oil. stop letting our Boys die for people who don't give a crap! we need to support Israel and let them unload some real weapons! Patton was right, we shoulda taken over everything!!! to many fairies in politics these days.

Hey, thanks for that video.. it really helped to give an idea of what to expect, and I have to say that it looks quite intimidating, but that's part of the fun..and challenge.
As soon as I get my radio system, I'm gonna start the build up.. Pretty cool stuff.

Thanks, Nuttcaze.. keep up the good work...

Well, I have my CopterX on order with Heli-Bros. $205 shipped for the SE-V2. Spoke with Steve the owner, says it should be here by tomorrow. Great guy. Loves to fly too. Told me if I have any questions with the build or set up to just give him a call.
In the end, I have to agree with plane pounder. Will have to hang out here just for the fun of it.
Mabe to bust on you guys a bit too.
Anyway, here is the rest of the build if any of you are curious;

1-2221-V8 Scorpion brushless motor
1-45A Scorpion ESC w/5a BEC
3-HS65MG servo
1-f9650 tail servo
1-2100 Logictec HH Gyro
1-2200mah 25C Zippy LiPo
1-AR6200 receiver

Note for Druss, Yeah you were right. In the end it will cost three times what a Belt would. But thats because I decided NOT to put crappy parts into this build. The lesson I have learned from all of this is if you buy cheap, you buy twice and you will still have nothing to show for it.

I found a guy locally that flys like an Ace. Its one thing to watch someone on video. Its completely different when you see some of these stunts done right in front of you.
He loves to fly and has offered to help train me.

I am going to fly the crap out of this thing!

i need to upgrade my esc in my belt cp (has esky 3800 motor) - what do you lot recommend? should i own up to spending £500gbp on building my belt cp? but saying that it is full carbon and cnc and has got a 401/9560, futaba ff7, schulze reciever and have 4 lipo's for it.

pics - http://www.rcheliaddict.co.uk/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=4003&ppuser=3785

That was my point all along empty, you don't want to put crappy components into a better heli because you'll be reducing it's available performance. My entire point has been that if you replace the esc for $25 on the belt cp it's fine for training as that's what it's meant for. I have 10 helis and still have my belt cp because I do things on it that I would never do on my more expensive helis. Read my past posts and I think you'll agree with me.

"buy cheap, buy twice" does apply but so what when it's with a purpose? I'd rather crash my belt cp and be able to completely replace it 3 times than crash my trex 450se even once (much less my hirobo lepton or trex 600N pro). I can try stupid things like inverted hurricanes and if I total the belt cp I don't really care.
