This from a guy who spouts about RaidenTech as if they were friggin philanthropists, give me a break.
Cannot wait to hear you crying about how they ripped you off, when they do.
If your such a stand up guy do your research like you say, and don't preach about companies with known dodgy reputations as if they were anything but what they are. A dodgy company best avoided, Raiden Tech,X Heli, and the other one the name escapes me, are all owned by one company, do a little digging and you'll find a lot of unsatisfied customers. The fact that you dealt with them, and preached about em, tells me your opinion means so little as to be absolutely inconsequential.
What a hero.

My entire problem with this whole thread is that empty has tried exactly 1 heli... lots of experience there to know what is better, like the guys that own just the 1 trex 450se v2 and it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.... I'm not trying to be mean, just that how can you base an opinion on what is better when you've only had 1???

Not only do I own 11 helis from 5 different companies, I hang out regularly with guys that fly another 30 different helis from another 5 different companies. I've seen and flown many of them. So when I say that the belt cp is a good entry level heli for $200 (oops sorry $225) that is based on my experience.

I've either owned or flown helis from Esky, Eflite, Align, Gaui, Hirobo, HDX, Thunder Tiger, Kyosho, JR, Century, RJX, Beam... the list goes on. I've kept EVERY heli that I've ever owned except for 1, the Eflite Blade CP. It was such a bad experience that I was turned off from it... mind you I gave it half a chance (and a couple of crashes and rebuilds) before I called it quits.

Nitro Planes
The name of the company that escapes you.
its Nitro Planes

I know all about that.
Did you know that they made major managment changes?
Did you know that they now have a rep that you can go to right here on these forums if you still aren't satisfied with your service?
Have you heard of ANYONE complaining about them in the last 4 or 5 months?
You tell me that I should do my reaserch?

I've been keeping my comments limited to the issues about the products, and to the companies that sell or manufacture them.
When I spoke of being a stand up guy, I was refering to myself. If you reread the paragraph its pretty obvious.
Why do you have to resort to personal attacks?
Can you not support you oppinions with facts?

You definately have more experience than i do. No question about that.
I have 4 helis, well had 4. A HBFP, Eagle50, CopterX, and the Belt-CP.

I was wondering something though. The Blade Cp, the one that you had such a bad experince with. Did it at least work when you opened the box?
I mean, no one called you an F'in idiot for not replacing any of the parts on it before you even tried to fly it right?
It didn't burst into flames and crash to the ground or anything like that?
The manufacturer didn't KNOWING sell you a defective product did they?

I only had the Belt for about 20 minutes. Of the few helis I have owned the only one you could compare it to is the Eagle. And really thats not fair to the Eagle cause the Belt is twice the price.
But yet, I never had a problem with a glitchy Tx/Rx on the Eagle. I dont have to constantly fiddle with the tail trim to keep the nose from drifting like I did with the Belt.
And, spontanious combustion was never a "known issue" with my Eagle.

I have not made any personal attacks against any of you.
Why is it some of you are reacting like I've said something dirty about your mothers?
And you talk about my emotions clouding my judgement?

Yeah. Thats my point. Its pretty close to what it costs to upgrade a Belt CP just so you can fly it. $210 for the belt cp shipped. $250 for a TX/RX. $40 for a decent ESC. and $60 for a new Telebee HH gyro. Total- $560.

The problem is you keep spouting stuff about the Belt CP being crap based on "1" experience (in the ESky threads no less), so you happened to get one defective heli and all of a sudden you are some ESky heli GURU?!?!? You seem to think that everyone who buys a Belt CP has bad experiences like you, well sorry to dissappoint you but thats not how it is, Most everyone who boght a Belt CP has been happy with it, as EVERYONE ALREADY KNOWS the esc's are weak, besides that the heli will fly fine, put a HH gyro on it and it flys great, I am currently flying one that with the exception of a $10 ESC and a Telebee Gyro its all stock running on the stock Tx and it flys like a dream, couldn't be happier, so I have $260 into it , you keep saying you need to invest all this money to replace all this stuff, how do you know?? seriously you don't know, you had an ESC fail, nothing else, so stop talking out your a@@ cause you obviously have no clue what you are talking about. You just have some assumption that you "have" to replace all this stuff, which you don't, then you say because you "have" to replace all this stuff it costs the same as a T-Rex?? Am I missing something, you can buy RTF T-Rexs for $260?? I gotta see this

Whaaaaa......
Who's crying now?
(I think they wrote a song about that didn't they?)
Ya know, we all know you bought a DX6I.
And if I really felt like it I could go back and dig up the posts you made telling us how you set up your belt to the DX6I and what a difference it made. But I really don't feel like it.
If you havent set up your second belt yet its only because you havent received the free Rx's you've been waiting for.
Nice try though.

all you have to do is replace the esc to avoid the esc fire thing,
but the stock servos only strip when you crash,
the rate gyro, well you already know they're junk,
the Rx/Tx sucks,

Remember this quote?
These are YOUR own words.
Your just pissed off cause I keep sticking my finger in you eye.
I didnt start with the personal attacks. You did.
Thats because you have no other recourse.
The Belt-CP is a piece of crap. You have said so yourself
You cant run from your own words

???????
Are you kidding me?
Here are your quotes;

the rate gyro, well you already know they're junk,

Your right. Im sorry.
The batteries are good. Right?

Ok guess I have to clarify

-ESC's junk when used in a Belt CP, work great in a HBK II, and when running 10-15C batteries, not the 20C that comes with the Belt CP, its straining the ESC to the limit
-Servo only strip when you crash as they are meant for the smaller helis, using them on a 450 size heli is stressing them to their limit but if you don't crash then you don't have to worry about them, my HBFP's have never stripped a servo
-rate gyro sucks when compared to a nice HH gyro, I fly with the ESky rate gyros everyday, I prefer to, better flying skills as a result
-Rx/TX sucks when compared to a nice 2.4ghz system whch any person intending on staying in this hobby will eventually buy anyways, the stock Tx and Rx on the Belt CP work fine but are subject to outside interference as any FM system is

And up here in New York its Cheerios not corn flakes

Here ya go, since you wanna pull quotes, or did you forget about this one, hmm
Jeez, can't even do that right can ya, do you even read through the post? read through my last one, What does it say??

"I am currently flying one that with the exception of a $10 ESC and a Telebee Gyro its all stock running on the stock Tx and it flys like a dream,"

Read before you talk about sticking fingers in eyes

And why don't you go find the post that I say the Belt CP is crap??? I really wanna see that, considering I own 2

And incidentally I am currently running 2 HBK II's and a Belt CP on the stock Tx/Rx and all fly fine, I had to change back to FM since my DX6i is getting fixed, not gonna let that keep me from flying

Oh. Yeah. Thats right. I forgot.
The first time I brought it up and stuck your own words back in your face, you had to go back and "clairify" what it was that you "really" meant.
Cheap attempt to change the meaning of what you plainly stated in the original post.
