FLYINAGGIE -> JR X9303 model memory change procedure (5/14/2008 12:58:24 AM)
|
I have a new JR X9303 2.4 GHZ transmitter. I have used it successfully to operate my Frenzy and my new SU-26MM giant scale aircraft. Recently I have found that I cannot get the model change function to hold. I open the menu and change my model selection, which is followed by the main screen showing that my new selection is operating. When I turn on my aircraft receiver everything works fine. When I turn off the transmitter and turn it back on the model that I selected is gone. I only have two airplanes configured on the radio. I cannot get the Frenzy memory to stay as primary. Each time I change it and turn off the radio transmitter the SU-26 comes up the next time I fire up the radio. I follow the instructions for model select by pressing ENT and turning on the radio. Then I use the selector to pick Model select from the menu. Once this comes up I change the model and press the selector to designate the new model. I then press ENT and the screen shows my selection as the operating model. As soon as I turn off the radio it defaults to the SU-26. So I am lost on what to do. I must be missing a step somewhere. The book has nothing on model memory selection between installed models. It has a section on creating a new model memory or copy functions. Please help. thanks, Jerry Reed[>:]
