That's the other half of my switch connector broken off in the battery1 slot of my brand new JR R921 2.4GHz receiver. I'm migrating from my 72MHz Futaba gear to JR/Spektrum 2.4GHz gear.

One of the first things I did was to order a couple of those HD switches with built-in charge plug with the JR/Spektrum connectors. It did go in a bit tight but when I tried to remove the connector by pulling it straight out only half of it came out. Absolutely nothing to grab onto now so... how does one "fix" this? Send it back in to Horizon?

I tried to open the case but am having difficulties.

Would it help to rub a bit of paraffin on the connectors before inserting them? And yes, I'm positive it went in with the correct polarity. I was able to bind the RX to the X9303.

Same exact thing happened to me...What I did was get a small jewelers awl and carefully pick at the broken piece inside. Little by little, it broke apart until it was all out..takes a lot of patience but I was determined. Just try not to bend the prongs.

A fine pair of tweezers will work also. Like Josey said, be careful not to bend the pins, and in additon be careful not to scratch the circut board.

One good thing is that the circuit board is isolated from the pinsits a little different than the red R921.
