Greg, an additional suggestion. During registration, hand out a blank business card with the pilot number written on it (large, both sides) and ask that the pilot keep it with him in a pocket. As the pilot taxis up the flight line, and if he doesn't remember his pilot number, he's got something to quickly refer to. I recall that coming in quite handy the first few times I went for a flight at BoQ. After a few times, one does tend to remember it.

Tim, Tracy and all of our friends. We have now arrived back in Europe and it is 58 degrees with low cloud and rain. Oh how to be back at Winamac!! After a fantastic holiday it only leaves us to say a big thank you for all your efforts. We had a really great time and have already booked up for next year. The whole week worked out really well, The new Catering Co was fun and may be we could offer it from day one so that nobody would ever have to leave the field. Seems to me that we need accommodation on the field then we would be in "paradise".

So here is to "Jets over the Heartland 2009", bring it on!

You may wish to investigate an RV rental. Here's one of the more well known rental outfits: http://www.cruiseamerica.com/

If you do decide to go that route, book early!

See you next year,

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had fun at the MAC Jet Fly this year. Sorry I was not able to be around more but the death in our family sort of threw cold water on my week. Going through the finances of the event, we discovered that no one collected for the electricity from the campers. Tim said he was really just to busy trying to help everyone stay in the air and be fed well to take care of it at the time. We would like to further expand this conveinence in future years at future events bus planning on using the income for that expansion. Since we did not keep any records, I am asking that you would voluntarily come forward with the payments.

Thanking you ahead of time and look forward to seeing you all next year and at Superman this fall.

Ralph

we need to know what the charge was.
i don't beleive we ever saw a fee posted.
glad to have the power on short notice but that spot is definetly low ground and not the best to park a rig at - especially w/ 4 days of rain.
somewhere in the gravel would be much preferred for the future.

thanks for your caring enough to add the power.
please give us a price and we can forward it to you.
