Which shipper takes better care of your model kit, materials and accesory orders?

I haven't seen any of the mail order places giving any choices. However they ship seems to work well. I haven't ever had anything lost or broken except one canopy years ago.

i have had rtf planes shipped to me via greyhound at a very reasonable cost with no damage whatsoever. an excellent choice for larger items.

greyhound is good, or the regular usps has really shaped up over the past 10 years in regards to handling.. but fedex is pure s*** i will never use fedex again if i can help it! they have lost/damaged more items (i do business on ebay, therefore ship often) than any other shipping service, plus their claims service is a joke, they try to exhaust you and make you give up on the claim, they are the 2nd worst overall company that i have ever delt with and the worst shipper in the nation! (of course this is my opinion, others may have had better experiences with them, but i doubt it!) if you ever have to file a claim with them you will hate them as well. when if you have to file a claim with usps or ups it is a straightforward process.

So far a very interesting survey, well guys the big brown truck won't be stopping
at my house anymore, 3 canopy's from AirBorne and counting......The last one
when the driver got out of the truck he was grasping it and crushing the center
of the box. When I opened it in front of him he said, they should have packaged
it in a bigger box, as it was the box was 3 times the size of the canopy. Because
they are emplyee owned they don't give a crap about anything. Fed Ex Home
delivery service, Greyhound and the USPS are tops in my books, haven't had a problem
with any of those 3 in years.

Wait until you try a claim with Greyhound. If it's over $300.00 you're s.o.l.
