I got a brand new brillelli 15 days later. that's service. He got my loyal bussiness forever. DLUSA is doing the same with his customers but is in writing no talk. One's again no to be rude, but this is real. I think you missed Tom's point. Toms idea sounds like a gentlemans approach, and a good one at that.
