Hi,
Awhile back I posted a topic for some help. I had a slight crash but enough to break a blade and put a small dent in the Tail boom and bent it slightly. After reading some replies I replaced the main shaft and feathering shaft and straightening the tail boom (it was barely noticable) and tried it out. It still wobbles when you give it any kind of speed past an idle and the tail seems to buck up and down once. Also the new blade is tracking a bit off at about 60 % throttle. Anyone know if I replace the tail boom and adjust the blade tracking, will that stop the wobble, or is there more going on? Thanks

Loose grips, are causing the spool up wobble and you should pick up the turn buckles for the King/Belt at Heli Direct. Best mod for adjusting the tracking.

If it still has a wobble check the paddles make sure they have 0 deg. pitch on them and make sure the flybar is stright, I use to have the same problem in till i started to use cf blades.

Straight straight straight.... everything has to be straight or you get wobbles. Blade tracking and balance is another thing to watch for. Balance out your blades and like was mentioned the turnbuckles are great cause they help in fine tuning the tracking. I fact I like them so much I'm making some for my swashplate adjustments and everywhere else I can put a turnbuckle.

They take the slop out of the system as well.

The heli will wobble a bit on spool up cause the mainblades have to line up and they do this as the centrifical throws them into place.

hope this helps

happy fly'n
