so the other day i was trying some 3d moves for the first time with my brushless telebeed HBK2. I pulled straight back on the stick and once o got up side down and reversed the pitch, the tail changed direction(heading). i ended up crasheing because of it. It spins when i give it full pitch too, almost like the rudder cant keep up with it. I noticed that on the videos of some other helis like the t-rex 450 that the tails are rock solid when they do extreme menuevers. How can i fix this problem?

First of all the tail does not change heading, that's just a fact of flying inverted. If you had tried that on a sim first you would have known it. It's like flying nose in, when you push left on the stick the nose goes to your right.

As to the tail blowing out, it's a combination of not having enough tail authority, good gyro. The telebee is a great gyro for doing limited 3D but does not hold the tail during hard 3D maneuvers. I'd suggest either getting the 43t tail upgrade (this increases the ratio between the tail rotation to head rotation) and/or getting larger tail blades. A better gyro (like the logictech 2100t) will also help to hold the tail in hard 3D. Do the cheaper upgrades first to find out what works at the lowest cost.

Personally, I consider the king2 a trainer heli and would not attempt hard 3D with it. If you're interested in 3D, i'd look at a good 450 size machine.

I know that everything is reversed when your upside down. I am saying that the tail is not locked in place. Once i give the throttle stick a quick bump the heli will start to spin clockwise. I am having a hard time explaining this i just want to be able to do stable rolls and loops with out it getting squirly in between.

if the tail is rotating during increased throttle then that's the issue with the gyro and tail I discussed.

Isn't the Align gyro a relabeled Telebee? I know it's not up there with a 401 or a 2100t, but I thought it would hold the tail on the HBK2 for a roll or loop. I'm not a 3D pilot, so I can't speak from experience. He did mention extreme 3D, but it sounded like he just flipped inverted, throtled up,
and lost the tail. I would think the Telebee gyro could hold the tail if that's the case.
Best Regards,
Don

still think it can... i think that the tail rotor isn't spinng fast enough to keep it in line im guessing that any gyro would have problems with this, i think i am going to buy some belt cp tail rotor blades and i am going to get the 43t pulley upgrade. That should help a lot.
