Status: offline 		Don't you just love the way nitroplanes support staff gets right back to you with an answer to you question. If you can't get a simple answer from them how is product support going to be if you need a replacement part? I have called and either the phone just rings and rings with no answer or it stays busy all the day long. You can forget e-mail too. Wonder why they don't want my business. I spend alot of money on my hobby and had planned on spending some with nitroplanes but now I'm not so sure!
