Ok.. this is my first time using this website. im kinda new and hopeing somebody can help me here.. i have a few foam aircraft that are completly white and i would like to paint them. but...... my question is..........

{{{{I would like to know if there is airbrush ready paints that are safe for foam??? }}}}}

Ive been to my local hobby shop but they always busy and cant always help with my lil questions. i have used "Tamyra" paints that r in the can.. at least i think thats how u spell it. but i have used it. but i would like to get into more detail with my aircraft and make them more realistic as much as i can. i know there just foam and from flying may stress and chip the paint and show white. i recently purchesed the HobbyLobby.com F-5E but havent gotten it yet. not till july 18th but when i do get it i would like to add some detail to it and im looking to airbrush some things into it. can anybody help me with my simple question?????? haha

Wal-mart waterbased acrylic. A myriad of colors to choose from easy to clean-up and dirt cheap.

Hobby shop should carry Faskolor paints for r/c cars. It's for painting lexan, but works great on foam too. The colors are flat finish, but there is a clearcoat you can also apply if you want a glossy finish. Lot of nice pearls and metalics too.
Waterbased so clean up is easy and it's airbrush ready.

Here's their site www.parmapse.com

These are some of mine done up with Faskolor.

It's a Paasche, double action.

Any house latex paint mixed about 6 parts latex to 1 part methyl hydrate (alcohol) will work in most small airbrushes'.

That makes the color selection infinite...

If you are looking for airbrush ready paints get the createx or badger air-colors they are acrylic base and ready to use.
