Hey guys I am new the Draganflyer. My Uncle recently sent it to me because he didnt have time to fly it with the 4 kids running around the house. I am familiar with RC helicopters. I currently have an AXE CP that I fly. I am having some trouble with the DF its right and left motors surge as soon as I bring the throttle above what I would say is 20%. This happens wether I arm the TI or not. The DF flips itself over and blows the fuse. I am suspecting something must be wrong with the motherboard. Is there anything I should check before sending the motherboard out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

OK, we had issues similar to this before. Here are a couple of posts. The first one was MY problem, where I had motors surging:

Then there was this one with similar:

and finally:

ANDDDD......... I am fixin' to make a NEW post on something that I just discovered on MY DF V TI that I have NEVER seen posted here in any of the posts that I have read back to about '05..... Something that may be VERY helpful to all DF fliers I THINK........

As for MY problem above, as you will see in the end it was totally fixed by those wonderful folks in Minnesota at Spectrolutions....! A board repair.

Good luck!

Ed
