Had a little fun with the LST today and after a fuel leak that I'd spotted and was able to repair the truck ran quite well (hadn't started it in about 18 months).

Anyway, after a little running in I started opening her up with some WOT runs. The truck responded very well but mid way in it's run the engine seems to stall, almost like fuel starvation for half a second. When I relax the throttle and depress it again the truck recovers and off it shoots.

What do you think this could be. Fuel evaporating perhaps. I have the fuel filter fied to the top of the fuel tank so it's not touching the cylinder head. I'll take a photo so you can see the setup. Now, it's a bit dirty and that was due to the fuel leak. The Nitro fuel is quite old as well, should I change this?

Thanks all.

Oh. I got the truck out cos my 4 year old wanted to see it running again, but he doesn't like the noise and ran off. That'll be that performance exhaust I put on it...lol

Could be Old fuel.......

But I'd Check the Fuel Filter and See if theres Any Little Bits of Red in there.......The O-Rings in the Fuel Tank Breaks-down after awhile and May be Blocking the Fuel?

Thanks, I'll check those two items tomorrow. Appreciate your time. Cheers.
