I just recently blew the Mach 427 on my Lst2 after about 4 gal. is that pretty common after only 4 gal.? I didn't know and when I tried to start it the rod pushed out on the crank case and ruined my chance to re build because it also took a chunk off of the sleeve. I was thinking of going with the axial .32 but I heard it is pretty weak from low to midrange but really screams at the top? I was looking into the dynamite .28 and now I went ahead and got the platinum .28 so I was wondering is there much of a difference besides the price on the .28 versus the platinum .28 that dynamite offers? Also will the roto start back plate from the 427 fit the platinum .28 without any mods or not fit at all because it comes with a pull start? I should be receiving the platinum by Tue. in the mail and I wanna know what to expect so I'm ready? Anyone with any knowledge please help?

Not sure who told you that the axial is weak on low to mid range. Axials are very strong down low but they have a weak top end. You can regear to make up for top end but has tons of low end.
