A 12x6 or 13x4 would be better for your OS 60. The 12x4 is a good 3D prop for a 46-52 size engine.

Will the 60 over rev with the 12x4 APC?

Probably not, but you will not get the thrust/power you need out of the engine to fly the 60 size airplane.

OK Thanks, so Now I have a brand new 12x4 APC prop , can I use it on a 40 engine and have better thrust for a 40 size or a 46 size engine.

I have had good luck with that prop on a 46 powered ultrastick, 4-star, pulse and a 52 powered twist. It gives thrust but not as much top speed. Makes for a shorter takeoff run.

It depends on what engine it is. For example a 12X4 might be a little big for a OS 40la but its a great prop for a TT pro46. For 3D I'm partial to the 12.25X3.75 APC though.

[[So the bottom line is the 12x4 APC prop works well with a 46 to 55 size motor and a 60 OS is just to much motor for that size prop]]

yep!

A 12X6 would be a good start for the 60
