A-10 took it to the field today, what an experance! touch the sticks and wo touchy. But the real problum it was cuting out in flight, landing was ok,inspecting motors and fans. Turned on motors for a listen bad news left motor fan rubing on housing, feels like its going to vibrate apart, shut down quick. Help!

Mine did everything yours has done! As it barely flew away it began to cut out, then when I got it closer it ran smooth. The radio is weak. Did not do it with a ground check.
Look for a small rock or dirt or grass between the fan and housing.

This is pretty normal for small electric DF fans.

You have to "break in" the engine first.

Most DF's require that you run the engine at varying speeds for 5-20 minutes to remove any burrs or flashing from the props.

You can help this process by carefully doing this yourself with a small nail file.

Pulling out the prop and balancing it is also a great idea too.

Cutting out of the ESC indicates that the battery has hit the LVC point or is overheating.
Either it was not charged fully, or you flew too long, or the battery is bad, or the fans are drawing too much current ( least likely ).
