I have new 1500ma NICD pack, the battery formation need to be done on c/10 rate
but my charger scale is 0.1A so i can set it as 0.1 or 0.2 what do you think will be better choice ?

what should be the first cycle order ?

Discharge at C/5 and then Charge at C/10

or

Charge at C/10 and then Discharge at C/5

Use about 10 hrs at 200 ma.
