I am planning on buying parts -Carriers & Spindles (pr): LST2, MUG LOSB2104 $6.99
-Rear Hubs Carriers (pr): LST2, MUG LOSB2106 5.49
-Front/Rear Suspension Arms (pr): LST2, MUG LOSB2002 $9.99 (X2)

is there anything else i need?
i was also thinking of just getting the rpm A arms... what do you think?

are the rpm a arms stronger than the stock lst2 ones?

I'm not sure you can use the stock Aftershock axles with the LST2 hub carriers. The LST performance kit comes with everything you need to upgrade the suspension to a LST2. It's more expensive to buy everything separately. If you do buy the LST2 arms and hubs, don't forget to get the LST2 hinge pins, and bearings too. If you just want stronger arms without replacing the axles, just go with the RPM arms. They are stronger than the LST2 arms - minus the camber adjustment rod which I hear bends easy, but you can get a Lundsford one to replace that.

yeah you have to buy all the parts together if your are gonna upgrade to lst2 specs the shock axles will not work with the lst2 c-hubs and bearings just buy the conversion kit or go with rpm and lunsford titanium adjusters however if you get the lst2 kit you will need tires to go on the rims that come with the kit
