im asking for help! if anyone lives in maine and would like to make a couple bucks let me know! this is the guys info im so pissed off!

wow... You never do a trade with out making a offer. He is screwing becuase he can... You need to submit a offer then have him excpet b4 u do a trade or buy...

I'm sorry you are having a problem with another RCU member.

Let's see what, if anything, we can do. But first, we all need to understand that posting another members name or contact information in the forums is a bid No-No per our privacy policy.

I have looked through your ad and offer history. I do not see where either you or the other person made an offer on each others ad through the Make Offer tool. The only thing I see is that he posted a comment in your ad asking if you would be interested in trading for his ad. Because that's the only communication that took place through the site, there are no offers to be accepted so posting ratings is not going to be possible. We try to be very clear about this by posting a large red warning in every ad. This means the trade has in essence, taken place off of the site for which we have no control over.

You should seriously consider filing a fraud report with both the police in the city the other member lives as well as with the FBI's internet fraud division. If you have kept all emails between yourself and the other member, the authorities will want to review them as well as any proof of shipping you may have to show you did in fact ship him your model.
