Additionaly after the incident, keep in mind, I am re-learning everything.

MAY 31st 2008
Flight 1
Battery 1
Location: House
Wind: Noticable, 5-10 MPH W est.
Flight Plan: Basic Hover
Status: Flight plan accomplished. Learned to be more stable controlled. Battery was very strange. 5 Min flight, started to power down. Balencer said taht the status was questionable. Hover was kept in desired area.

Put here for explaining the strange battery problem i had before.

Flight 4
Battery 4
Location: House
Wind: Noticable, 5-15 MPH W/SW/S est.
Flight Plan: Basic Hover, Stable Control
Status: Flight Plan Failed due to Mechanical Failure
Inspection: Strange tail rotor sound (belt/shaft area, midway in), Very touchy at liftoff but ok for the other minute of flight. During that one minute, both the twitchyness and the sound went away. Battery 4 had a 3 min flight, the balancer climed that it had questionable status.

Horrid Battery, Strange Problem.

May 30, 2008 Full Inspection
Rotor/Mech: GOOD STATUS 2
TRotor/Mech:GOOD STATUS 2
Body(Skids/Frame): GOOD STATUS 2
Electronics: GOOD STATUS 2
Canopey: Decent/Workable STATUS 1
Transmission Main: GOOD STATUS 2
Transmission Tail: Belt is queistionable, unsafe to fly. BAD STATUS 0

Total score: 11
Acceptable Score: 12 (only accepted for 0 canopey and 2 for everything else, disreguard with scale fuelsage)
Perfect Score: 14

11/14 (FAIL), 11/12 (FAIL)
-Mechanical Problem Listed DO NOT FLY
Overall: (FAIL)

As you can see, a basic full inspection with close observance was allright, except of coarse, the tail rotor transmission. As you will see later, On close inspection I really honestly think its the belt. Main trans may be questionable, as you may see later.

Battery problems, see chart above

Inspection 1 scores:
Canopey:
Repair:
-epoxy and electrical tape.

Inspection 0 scores:
Tail Transmission
Problem: Belt is Loose
Repair Method Log:

1. Remove Canopey
2. Observer front gear (tail rotor small transmission near front of heli nose out)
a. Turn tair rotor
b. Notice it bulges, as if it was loose
3. Put screwdriver on the side of the belt (aprox 1 cm away from the actual transmission)
a. Touches one and keeps going over.
4. Observe rear reciving transmition
a. Nothing unusual whatsoever
5. Check Main Transmission
a. Turns independently of one another, possibly not unusual {this is where I need you, as the reveiwer's consent]
6. Klank inspectio: When both gears co-incide to going as a unit (as one direction simutaneously) {may not be unusual}
7. Clicking noise in tail rotor whn each spins

I have observed the following, could I have some suggestions to finish this method?

Is this too much info, or mis-presented?
