Yeah it's possible. My brother's Jato can do it, and even my RS4 can.
What kind of body do you have?

The 4-tec should have a line connected to the fuel tank right? That's what the Jato has.
And for other cars, you can just open up the fuel tank with the hole above the fuel tank.

Wait, are you using a refueling bottle? Or pouring it straight from the big jug?

I modified my 1/8 MT to allow me to refuel without removing the bodyshell. Makes things much easier, especially during a race where every second counts.

With the simplest way. Cut a circle so you can refuel, and a zip tie so you can easily get it during rapid refuelings plus that you will not cut your hands on the edges of the body

Has anyone seen that video of the HPI with the Stage-D Drift kit on it? the vid thats on the HPIRacing.com? the vid thats on the track drifting and driftin, over and over? Well on youtube.com theres another vid from that car, and the vid is on the making of that car, well that car has a hose that conects to the body and to the gas tank, it has a valve on the end so you wont spill any fuel and the bottle that he uses to pump gas is compressed by hand (I beleve there is a pump, you pump it and compresses air into bottle) So once you conect the two valves together it will automaticly poor into the cars tank.

I think Ive seen that system on towerhobbies.com. I think it was a refueling kit for nitro rc airplanes so if you do your research.... for the vid I think I typed rcdrift on youtube and for the fueling kit, well that I dont know.

i still have a tamiya nitro thunder and the shell for those was basically designed so you could re-fill/start the car without takeing the shell off. i think you could do this with just about any shell, its just a matter of weather your happy with cutting a few holes in your shells.but with my nitro touring cars i wont do it as i really dont see the problem of takeing shells off to re-fill and pull start. i guess once you do it 1000+ times you kinda get used to it!

I have a jato that I can re fil with the body on but I don't do it because onece I get to a certan level it just shoots gas out and makes a mess. If you can get it in there fast enoughf it is fine.
