I was looking back on the guy that bought my truck to see if he had sold it yet or was selling it I thought I might buy it back off ebay. Well I had everything done to this firestorm all options aluminum upgrades hitec digital servo mamba max esc and there it is stripped down piece by piece tranny separate chassis and arms one auction aluminum factory shocks separate front and rear. the esc and the motor and I just had to message him and ask him what he was doing running an rc chop shop or what.

lots of people do that
since used rc's sell for
next to nothing
it's a good way to
make a little money

people spend tons on upgrades
then sell the rc
why not part out
all the useless
aluminum parts

besides, once you sell something
you give up all rights
to be indignant about
what is done to it

if you didn't care enough to
keep it, why
complain about what
the buyer does with it

I agree with iamnot, it makes more sense to part it out and not sell it as a whole.

P.S.: Why do you insist on typing that way?

the short answer:
because i want too

longer answer:
it makes my posts stand out
makes them more memorable
maybe even because
it aggravates some people
maybe because i hope
that it will make people
have to think a bit

I usually just skip over iamnot's posts, then if I want to add a comment I skim them to make sure he didnt already say what I want to.

If you want your posts to stand out and be memorable use proper grammar and post accurate information. People will remember you after awhile.

another thing about your format of typing iamnot, if you were to type a very long post in your signature format id be alot more likely to read it all because the format is alot easier to read longer stories and what not.

I am not going to comment because my post would be deleted. RCU is all about keeping it clean. Sorry for offending anyone if I have. I just don't like to be told the things that I already know (obvious) as a comment to what I post. I wasn't looking for a shrink just maybe someone else might have found out there last fav car was sold to a chop shop had some feelings about it. So much for I am not going to comment hu?

I had the opposite type of experience with a 1:1 truck. I sold it to an aquaintance, and then he had all kinds of problems with it. The truck was under warranty, but still.

Just a lousy situation.

Also, everyone seems to take issue with posting style at times. Some use caps, some use text-speak, and iamnot posts with short lines. I don't see the problem really, and HWS said it best - just pass it up if you must.

Let's get back on the OP's topic, shall we?
