Hi, Vry nice job. I used to hang out at Lou Proctors shop in San Diego when he was alive. In fact I almost bought the operation from him when he had it up for sale but I was not able to do it due to the $$$$$
Anyhow I have built every one of his kits(some two or three times) except this one. I have had the kit for maybe 15-20 years but I'm just waiting for the "right time" to start. Proctors kits are in my opion the best kits money can buy. Lou was just a master at cutting his parts. He was a very detail type of person and his shop was never more than a bit dusty. He had every kit cut so that every part had its own bin and a whole row of bins per kit. I used to pak his kits once his wife was sure I would never miss a"pick" She taught me how to box up the kits so that every part had a better than 95% chance of getting to the customer in an unbroken state. Lou had such a small amount of broken parts in his kits that I think it was something like less than 1 part damaged for every 1000 kits sold.

Anyhow you did a great job on your plane..Lou would have been proud of your work. He just loved to have people that built his kits come down to the field and fly with him. He would look over your plane and make suggestions on how to improve it if he thought it was needed. But he did it in such a way that you wanted him to make these suggestions. Lou's kits reflect the kid of person he was.................Just GREAT!!
