I did not see any comments about the Preditor II. Is it still something to avoid? I like the Viper wings, but hate the fuse and all the extra work ironing and re-enforcing thefirewall and tail.

The predator is no longer being manufactured.

Once Great Plains acquired Lanier, they dropped the predator.

Hey Daven I still have three of the Predator II ARF's new in the box. In fact I am still flying one I built in 2004 have the test flight on video but the video will not down load, due to it being wmp format. I first had an OS 45 FSR on it and two years ago put a new Thunder tiger pro 40 on it for power fun to practice with at our field. Most of the club members do not mind the predator but it makes them a little uneasy when I fly my Larson Bird of prey's with the Nelson engines on them LOL!!! (reason for my nickname)

Scorpion Racing

Hello fellow pylon racers, I am now offering my Scorpion as a short kit. My quickie kits come all laser cut interlocking fuselage parts, main wing foam cores, full sized rolled CAD plans, wing decal, 28 page detailed construction manual (with over 150 construction pictures!) and your choice of either a sheet wood (requires shaping) or foam core airfoiled v-tail. This design has competed in quickie for a few years, and this is the final updated kit. These kits are very competitive in both 424 & 426, and I have lots of wood to prove it!
