gotta love this one.
the nylon cage must have come apart and got caught in the crank or rod and pulled it apart.
thank god it was on start up and not running. jammed the pullstart/crank in my hand.

So far I have not been through any rear bearings. I had a new Axial 32 and a new Picco 28 with leaking front bearings, bad enough they would not hold a tune. I bought a tube of Picco bearings and just run them in the Axial as well. Maybe I ought to invest in a set of rear bearings too? They always looked like they should get plenty of oil and do not need to be sealed. I keep checking, but the rears all seem good, so far. (maybe I better cross those fingers and knock on wood) I had a couple of front bearings unload as well, no serious damage to report yet. BB

I've never had a bearing problem, let alone any problem other than a air leak with my Axial. It's the most reliable engine I've ever had.

got my new bearings.
just ran a tank through and its a different motor.
wheelies/speed is great.there must have had something to do with the old bearing before it went out.
just glad it runs great now and it only cost me another 26 bucks.

My friend Skinner who bought the axial .32, we'll we've had a nightmare tuning it. Apparently Axial will void your warranty if you seal the engine what a joke. Anyways, it's brand new, and it will not tune worth a crap. I took it out and did the air leak test on it, and the front bearing is leaking so much air it's not even funny. We'd send it back for a new one, but since I've sealed the backplate and carb, I guess I've voided the warranty. The front bearing is leaking SO bad, fresh fuel pools up and drips under the flywheel when it's running.

this is a big improvement from before. i wanted to toss the motor somewhere.
now i like it.
i realize the manufacture can't test all there parts.
but crap is crap.glad i didn't get it warrantied.
short video started raining again.

I took my 32 out today and it was on fire! I should have fired up a video camera. A guy stopped by with his T-Maxx, but he never even started it, unless he came back after we left. It was flat ripping, why are some days like that? I tried to climb a steep dirt mound, but kept flipping ot over backwards. BB

Well this all sounds to familiar I just went through this problem on my axial .28 I could not get it tunned for the life of me and today I juat found out that my front and rear bearings were shot glad I caught it cause I think the moron who had it before me seen it and didnt fix it cause it was toast the bearing was pretty much missing half of the balls so now I know what my problem was getting the replacement parts this weekend hope all goes well for me.

I must be a lucky person.. My Axial .28rr is on gallon number 4 and I have had this laundry list of problems, including bearing...

1) Zero
2) Zero
3) Zero
4) Zero

Only thing it's done wrong to me is give me hours of driving enjoyment.

Did I luck out and get the only one that didn't come out of the factory with problems?

Should I start playing the lottery?
