Does anyone think the MK Arrow 60 kit that just sold (you know where) for $332 is a great deal? I thought it would sell for a lot more than that. i'm sure the seller thought the same. it is a very nice looking rear exhaust kit.

I just completed mine and test flown last week. Flies great. I only paid $55.00 for it; of course that was 18 years ago.

Call me frugal, but as much as I love all the old kits out there I just can't justify spending that much for any of them. I've noticed that still no one has picked up that MK Blue Angel for the buy it now of $477 either! I'd rather scratch build anyway

if a 60 size MK kit sells for $332, no way the 40 size sells for $500. he's had that kit listed for weeks now. i would love to have one just to collect though. i'm having a great time scratch building my Blue Angel. i would like a set of plans though for the Arrow. great plane for one of my rear exhaust engines.

I was real tempted to snipe on that Arrow. But there are a lot of great planes that I have noticed for sale now (thanks to the fellows here for pointing them out). IMHO the Arrow @ $330 is a decent price and well worth it.... but heck scraching one frome plans is always available. And @ less than $300 you can order an LA-1 or a Summit III from Aztec.

Hey guys, here are the pictures of my new MK Arrow as I promised. It's powered by a ST X-61 turning a Rev-Up 11-7.75 prop. It has Kraft wheels, tuned pipe, the short version with the quick expansion chamber. The engine turns 13.430 RPM on the ground steady. It easily picks up about 800 rpm in the air. It is however, very noisy. I guess I'm going to have to put an APC prop as much as I hate too. It has BD pnematic retracts (reemember those), they work really well. Hitec digital servos, wood dowel pushrods, one using wire split for elevator.

Flies great, smooth and very quick and the engine howls real kewl.
Ballistic Pattern, here I come.
