Does that thing have paddle shift/button shift, because it sounds like he was down-shifting on the corners?

Thats amazing though, that takes alot of skill, and a really good car.

ya i think it does have paddles. http://www.r35gtr.com/ look under transmission category. it also has sequential shifting which makes it so smooth.

that is an awesome car. goes around that track faster than the 911. impressive.

its very cheap for a supercar. Only bad thing is that they are extremly high maintenance. Much more than a porche or Ferrari

Everything I've heard or read in any magazine about that car has been amazing, seems to be a real winner.

the article in road and track said that it was only a track car. as a road car it isn't very nice.

my friends step dad is thinking about selling his 911 turbo and getting one of these.

They are more high maintenance, I read they need an oil change and service every 3000 miles or so whereas my dads friend has a new 911 turbo and its as low maintenance as an ordinary car. Ferraris are slighly more high maintenance than a porch (F430 and 599) but less than the Nissan from what ive heard.

As for which car I would buy, it would probably be a 911, corvette Z06 or second hand ferrari F430 rather than the nissan because they just have more class and look nicer with a better interior. Also, in UK loads of poor people will sell everything they have to afford the car which will ruin the image of it (and I dont want to look like one of them)

oh yeh, my dad and I are planning to go to the Nurburgring, we wanted to in previous years but never had a half decent car, but with our 6 series we can now put in some decent lap times (or try). And if I die, at least I had fun dying doing the thing I love

I change the oil of my car every 3000 miles and I don't consider it high maintenance,
