newest rc mag i got did a review on teh hpi nitro drift. they say it overheats because theres not enough airflow over the motor. other than that its really good. i went with the sprint 2 for less hassle. imo

Ultra Vip, you solve that problem by cutting a hole in the body just like every other car.

talkrc, the nitro is more maintenance but its WAY faster compared to the sprint 2. But the sprint 2 can run indoors. If you slap on slicks on the nitro you can bash all you want just like any other nitro.

Its a hard choice but you are gonna ultimately be the one to decide

i know you cut holes in the car to cool it, but as i was saying in the article they tried that an it still over heated.

I had the RS4 for less then a week, Sold it for a HPI Sprint 2 and have never looked back...

If you wanna slide and slide with Ease, then the Sprint 2 is the way to go ....

I agree.. I just got the sprint 2 and have to say that being a basher this car is alot of fun.. I dont think nitro is the right way to drift or would even be that good unless you have alot of places to take it.. Nitro is alot of fun and have to say bashing my savvy around id my top choice. But the nitro can be a pain and with the cars being so low I think it would make it alot worse...
