The vertical fin/rudder aren't right for the Goldberg Falcon 56 or 56II. I guess they could have been modified, but I don't thisk this is a Falcon.

Status: offline 		The horiz. stab isn't right for a Falcon, either. They were on the top of the fuse.

Wing looks like a Falcon, but hard to tell from the photo. There were lots of shoulder wing Hershey bars out there.
