Here's some pictures of my custom crawler.
It's not finished but should be by this weeken
It's based on Offroader5's Widow LP chassie
from RCC website.

AX10 Axials
AX10 Tranny
TMaxx shocks
55t lathe motor
Dynamite ESC
Proline beadlocks
Losi Rockclaws.

Special thanks to Bluebirdrc for fabbing the links and cutting out the chassie.
I shattered my ankle in November of last year so he's doing most of the fabbing
for me.

We came up with a new idea for the tie rod. What'd you think?

Looks good. That tie rod looks MUCH better than the other one.

Thanks for the comments. Broke the last saw blade cutting that one out so need to run by Home Depot and get some more.
I should be ready to run this weekend provided the split pack batteries come in today.
Here's a few more pictures from last nights progress.

the drag link dose look better but it will offer you less performance as it will want to catch on the rock instead of simply roll off.

Looks good so far!

It seems to be a very capable chassis

Thanks for the compliments.
It's a great chassis. Offroader5 from Rockcrawler.com designed it. It went up stuff that I didn't think was possible.A lot of the area in the videos was over 60 degree angles.
The plans for the chassis are on Offroader5's website he originally builds them out of Delrin but we chose to use some scrap aluminum.
