Hi there,

I didn't had any luck in the batteries forum so I thought I can try to submit my question, it might get answered.
I had bought a Hyperion EOS 1210i a while back for my Yak 54 40e. But I haven't had a chance to use it. I want to know what kind of power supply I can use for it for use at home (something inexpensive). As its manual ask for a higher Amp power supply.

Second question, I have a Hitec receiver and I like to use a AAA battery that is a NiMH. Is there any problem in using it as usually most of the receivers use a NiCD battery.

Thanks

Syed

Perhaps one reason you aren’t having any luck is because when someone is doing his best to help you fail to reply

You can use NIMH in a NICD application, as long as your charger is NIMH compatible.

Sometimes, to get the same ammount of power from NiMHs as you do with NiCDs, you have to add an extra NiMH cell.
