Mornin' All,

I am looking for a source for streamline strut material. It should be 3/4 X 1/4 (or close). The struts will be functional so balsa is probably out of the question. I prefer a hardwood but aluminum would be an acceptable alternative. I need four 26" pieces.

Thanks!

I bought some structural streamlined aluminum from these people a couple months ago, good quality, quick delivery but not cheap.

If you don't find what you are looking for, I have four pieces of 3/4 x 1/4 x 36 aluminum streamline that I will sell to you. Send me a pm if interested in details of same.

I also have several pieces of wood - same shape.

Check out Proctor Entenprizes web- site. They have a lot of scale type parts . I also have some stainless steel struts that I got form a company in Europe. very light and much stronger than aluminum.

Actually, SoCalSal, the struts are needed for a Proctor Antic build. Unfortunately, the longest that they sell is 20-1/2".
