Status: offline 		ok i sent out my t maxx to a guy that had 7 perfect trade reviews. and he never sent out the revo that i was suppose to get. what should i do can rcu do anything about it? he lives in virginia. can anybody help me?

Please submit the fraud complaint form linked at the bottom of the Ratings & Security page in the marketplace. If the seller still does not resolve the matter after that, then we will have no problem suspending his account.

Status: offline 		Suspending him does a great deal of good for our membership at large. If you do not wish to submit a formal complaint against the other member, then no one will know to be cautious when dealing with him.

You may want to have another talk with the local PD about whether or not theft is really a civil matter. You may also want to contact the FBI's internet fraud division.
