It looks like a three in one to me!! Deception, Tipo and has the Curare horizontal stab. It could be the Barnowski, but I never saw one or the plans for that matter!!

Looks like a Dirty Birdy to me. I've had two of these back in the day.... I don't think there really is anhedral in the stab. just some lens distortion from a wide-angle lens.

I think you're right, Greg.

For some reason it looked at first like the wing's TE is tapered forward in the photo (to my eye). The shadows also played tricks on the fin/rudder outline. Although that might be slightly modified from the plans.

If you put a straight edge on the TE it appears to be tapered. What ever it is ,it has a pretty high reserve on it

Well, the UFO's TE is swept back, not tapered forward. The fin/rudder outline also looks different. It could be some kind of original hybrid or modified UFO.

Here're the two tails for comparison:

Definitely not Deception. Rudder hinge on the Deception is tilted back, this is not. Also looks like the rudder goes to the bottom, Deception is not. Wing on Deception is lifted towards the thrust line, this is on the bottom of the Fuse. Also, canopy is too bulbus and too forward.

Of course, that's just a quick glance....

Not UFO, either.

My guess is Compensator with anhedral stab. In those days, a lot of flyers were adding anhedral to the stab at random in the hope it would do something magical for the performance. Needless to say, results varied widely! One kit manufacturer admitted to me back then, that the anhedral in the stab was added strictly for marketing effect.
