I need info. On lipo batters all I can get whire do I go? I have integy pack with no balancing leds can I add my own? aney help would be a big help. think you jetwash16

You do not. Battery must have balancing leads to be balanced.

FYI This is not a general battery Forum. This is the Official A123 Racing Support Forum and as such is amied at A123 LiFePO4 batteries which are not the same as LiPoly batteries.

The link I posted earlier will draw pack wiring both with and without balancing leads. If you are new to such and not a do it yourself type then I advise seeking the help of a local modeler with the proper equipment,knowledge and experience to add taps to your packs.
If the packs are old then it is most often best just to purchase new ones with taps to match your balancer .
