Status: offline 		Hi, I need some help with the trex 450 tail drive gear / pully assembly. I set it down in some grass. Now, the shaft spins in the nylon gear for the tail belt. I can push it back down onto the shaft, but it comes loose and spins again. Does this shaft / pulley need CA glue or a new one? TIA, Doc

Status: offline 		heyas i just had a similar prob the other day yes the gear can be loctightened in place or you can get an aftermarket metal tail gear drive set.mine stripped all the plastic teeth off the gear when taking off in tall grass

Status: offline 		The plastic gears all eventually strip. I think everybody just upgrades to the metal pully assembly when the plastic one goes. Alot of people upgrade before it happens because it can strip in flight without warning and then you have no tail control. Alan
