I've got a second hand Axe EZ that I plan on using with a Futaba 8U transmitter in PPM mode.

Can someone tell me what the connections on the electronics board go to?

Right now, I've got the rear motor (upper rotor) to the lower connector and the front motor (lower rotor) to the upper connector (next to the battery). Is this correct?

Which servo goes to which connector? Can't remember how I connected the servos, but does only one servo move at a time? For example, when I move the RH stick forward, only one servo moves. Shouldn't both servos move to tilt the whole swashplate forward like in a CP heli? I actually used v-tail mixing on the 8U to make it move like it normally does in a CP heli.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The front or forward motor is wired to the top set of pins.

The rear or motor is below it.

The top three pins is for the right/and left yaw servo.

The last three pins is the up and down servo.

Also make sure your rotors are spinning at the same speed.

Paul

In regards to the servos. That is not the same control system as the CP. They move individually.

If your flight times are short the motors are probably junk. Restating, in my experience the motors are junk and don't last long.

I got the motors correct.

Now, which servo (left or right?) on the heli goes to the top servo pins on the RX?

And, which servo (left or right?) on the heli goes to the bottom servo pins on the RX?

View the attached Photo it should help. I have only included half the callouts but you should be able to figure out the rest. You can see I have marked each connectorer. Hope this helps.
