Several weeks ago I flew my large scale 22 lb Ultimate Biplane. Upon take off the engine died. I made the turn back toward the field but lost my airspeed. The plane glided down toward the tall grass at about a 45 degree angle and hit the ground pretty hard. The engine was mounted upside down and the head hit the ground first and sheared it off. It didn't even break the prop or dent the spinner. I didn't take a pix of the plane as it was destroyed, however I did take a pix of the engine.....see attached. It used to be a Fuji Imvac 64 and ran like a top. If anyone needs spare parts, contact me for details. Worst crash I have ever had.

Do you still have the Ultimate? If so I would love the oportunity to try and repair it if you are not going to do so yourself. I am currently in Montgomery, AL for a class on Gunter Annex. Let me know if it is available.
